SHIPPING

Shipping prices quoted on heatherenepress.com.au include postage by Australia Post or Australia Post Courier (or where unavailable by private courier) and are calculated on a weight and size basis within Australia Post guidelines wherever possible. Shipping prices also include handling.

Delivery - Dispatch will vary on availability of the goods purchased but will generally be dispatched within 14 days

RETURNS

All purchases will be refunded if goods are returned to us in the pristine, unused condition in which they were supplied. Payment for postage on return of goods is to be the responsibility of the purchaser. Proof of purchase must also be included when returning the product.
