With respect to items sold by heatherenepress.com.au we cannot confirm the prices of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of items may be incorrectly priced. If an item's correct price is higher than the listed price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation.

SHIPPING

Shipping prices quoted on heatherenepress.com.au include postage by Australia Post or Australia Post Courier (or where unavailable by private courier) and are calculated on a weight basis within Australia Post guidelines wherever possible. Shipping prices also include handling.

EXPORT RESTRICTIONS

heatherenepress.com.au will process orders originating worldwide with the exception of Nigeria, Indonesia, Malaysia and North Korea.

REFUND POLICY

All purchases will be refunded if goods are returned to us in the pristine, unused condition in which they were supplied. Payment for postage on return of goods is to be the responsibility of the purchaser. Proof of purchase must also be included when returning a product.
